We assist customers with bookings for airlines, hotels, cruises, car rentals, vacation packages, and other travel services. All cancellations must follow the specific rules and terms set by the original service provider.
1. General Cancellation Terms

Cancellations are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, cruise line, or other service providers.

Star Tour Travel does not set or control cancellation fees or refund timelines.

Some bookings (especially promotional, last-minute, or discounted fares) may be non-refundable or carry high cancellation penalties.

2. Flight Booking Cancellations

3. Hotel Booking Cancellations

No-shows may result in 100% cancellation charge by the hotel provider.

Cruise cancellations often follow strict tiered deadlines (e.g., full refund 90+ days before departure, partial refund 60–89 days, no refund <30 days).

Cancellation penalties vary by cruise line and trip duration.

5. Vacation Package Cancellations

Vacation packages include multiple services (e.g., flight + hotel), and each service may carry its own cancellation rules.

Non-refundable package deals are not eligible for any refund once confirmed.
6. Rental Car Cancellations

Most car rental bookings can be canceled without penalty if done 24–48 hours before pickup.

7. Processing Time for Refunds

Star Tour Travel will process refunds only after receiving confirmation and funds from the third-party provider.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

This fee is separate from any penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or service partners.
